Frequently Asked Questions

Creating an account on 444y is straightforward. Click the registration button, provide your email address, choose a secure password, and enter your basic personal details including your date of birth for age verification. You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, to register and use the Platform.

The minimum age to register on 444y is 18 years. In some operator or license jurisdictions, a higher age minimum may apply. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately and require age verification before any access is restored. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and harmful.

444y is accessible from major cities across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. However, users must independently verify that their participation in any gambling activity complies with applicable local law. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and 444y does not claim that online gambling is legally permitted in Pakistan.

No. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 444y. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different ones — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or bonuses within them may be forfeited without prior notice.

To complete KYC verification on 444y, you will typically need to submit a valid government-issued photo ID such as your Pakistani CNIC or passport, a proof of address document such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, and in some cases proof of your payment method ownership. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

To reset your password, click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link by email. Follow the instructions in that email to set a new password. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team at [email protected].

444y provides informational guides describing the deposit methods typically available on platforms we cover. These commonly include bank transfers via institutions familiar to Pakistani users such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet options including Easypaisa and JazzCash, and instant payment infrastructure via Raast. These are cited as familiar references only — their availability depends on the specific operator and their policies, not on any endorsement of gambling by those providers.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by operator and payment method. Platforms described on 444y typically allow deposits starting from around PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 depending on the method used. Mobile wallet deposits via Easypaisa or JazzCash may have different thresholds compared to bank transfers. Always verify the exact minimum directly with the operator before attempting a transaction.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method and operator. E-wallet withdrawals are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours after the operator approves the request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2 to 5 business days. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses may also delay withdrawal eligibility until those requirements are fulfilled.

A withdrawal may be delayed or declined for several reasons: incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with unfinished wagering requirements, a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the original deposit method, or a compliance review triggered by account activity. If your withdrawal has been held for an unusually long time, contact the operator's support team directly with your account details and transaction reference.

In most cases, operators require that withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. This is an anti-money laundering measure designed to ensure funds flow back to a verified source. If your deposit method no longer supports withdrawals — for example, a prepaid card or a wallet that has been closed — you will need to contact the operator's support team to agree on an alternative verified method.

Platforms described on 444y typically cover a wide range of sports markets. Cricket is naturally the most popular among Pakistani users, with live betting available on PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments including the World Cup and Champions Trophy, bilateral series involving the Pakistan national team, and international T20 leagues. Beyond cricket, football, tennis, basketball, UFC and kabaddi markets are commonly available on the platforms we review.

Live in-play betting lets you place bets on a match or game while it is actively in progress. Odds update in real time based on the score, momentum, time remaining and other factors. You can bet on outcomes such as the next wicket, next boundary, current over total or match winner at any point during play. Markets open and close rapidly during in-play, so decisions need to be made quickly. Always be aware of your pre-set loss and session limits when using live betting.

Platforms described on 444y commonly offer a broad casino library including slot games from leading studios, table games such as roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker variants, and live dealer casino rooms where you play against a human dealer streamed in real time. Live casino is particularly popular for the authentic experience it provides. RTP rates for slot games are set by the game studios and independently audited — they are not controlled by the operator.

RTP stands for Return to Player and is expressed as a percentage. It represents the theoretical proportion of total wagers a game returns to players over an infinite number of spins or rounds. For example, a slot with 96% RTP theoretically returns PKR 96 for every PKR 100 wagered over time. RTP is calculated over millions of rounds and provides no guarantee of results in a single session. A higher RTP is generally preferable, but it does not eliminate the house edge.

A welcome bonus is a promotional offer made to new users upon their first deposit. On platforms described by 444y, welcome bonuses commonly take the form of a deposit match — for example, 100% up to PKR 25,000 — meaning the operator matches your deposit amount up to the stated cap in bonus credit. Welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible games and an expiry period. Always read the full terms before opting in.

A wagering requirement is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus deposit — before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must place a total of PKR 25,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or not at all. Check the promotion terms carefully.

Yes, all bonuses on the platforms described by 444y carry an expiry period — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of opt-in or first deposit, depending on the operator. If you do not complete the wagering requirements within the expiry window, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. This is a standard industry practice, not an error. Always note the expiry date when you claim a promotion.

Sports betting bonuses — including those intended for cricket markets like PSL T20 and ICC tournaments — are generally subject to minimum odds requirements. Bets placed at odds below the stated threshold (commonly 1.50 to 2.00) may not count towards wagering requirements. Free bet tokens typically do not return the stake and may have sport or event restrictions. Check the specific promotion terms with the operator before placing bonus-funded bets on cricket events.

This is not legal advice. Users must independently verify their obligations under applicable local law before participating in any gambling activity. 444y strongly recommends consulting a qualified legal adviser if you are uncertain.
